QDROS On-Line assists attorneys with the preparation of court-ready QUALIFIED DOMESTIC RELATIONS ORDERS (QDROs) under IRC Section 414(p) for tax qualified defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans.

Each QDRO is generated in real time from data provided by the User identifying the parties to the dissolution, their respective counsel, factual information about the underlying retirement plan, and the manner in which the Participant's benefits are to be assigned to the Alternate Payee.

Optional language provisions, with full on-line edit capability enable the User to generate court-ready documents for his or her jurisdiction compatible with the requirements of the plan involved.

QDRO Tips provides an informal set of guidelines and instructions designed to assist the User in understanding QDRO preparation. This section also includes definitions and numerical examples of some of the ways the Participant's benefits may be assigned.

QDRO Helper gives the User step-by-step instructions for assembling the Supporting Documentation and completing the Specifications pages required to draft, edit and complete a court-ready Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution QDRO.

The charge for each QDRO is $275. This includes a review by QDROS, Inc. of Supporting Documentation as well as the User's draft QDRO should the User so elect.
