Billing Arrangements

The charge for each QDRO is $275 and may be paid by Visa®, Master Card®, or American Express® through this secure site under the New Account link. The charge includes technical assistance with QDRO drafting questions and a review of the User's Supporting Documentation if submitted.

A unique User Number is assigned for each new QDRO. The User Number remains active for 180 days but may be extended at the User's request. The User retains full, on-line edit capability throughout this period or until the User elects to remove the Draft stamp and print the court-ready QDRO.
