OVERVIEW

QDROS On-Line enables the User to prepare a court-ready QDRO (or DRO) for any type of retirement plan where marital pension assets are divided pursuant to a Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage. After entering the basic data utilizing the Specifications pages the User has complete flexibility to accomplish any of the following at any stage of QDRO processing:

• Incorporate optional language at various places in the QDRO document to accommodate a plan sponsor's QDRO procedure requirements, local jurisdictional format requirements, the User's language and style preferences, and DRO requirements for non-ERISA plans;
   
• Edit and modify the technical language options offered in the Specifications pages;
   
• Contact QDROS, Inc. through our secure internal message system to ask questions or request technical assistance;
   
• Obtain a review of the User's Supporting Documentation and the User's DRAFT QDRO by a QDROS, Inc. advisor;
   
• Save all versions of the User's DRAFT QDRO for later retrieval in the User's computer;
   
• Save and Print in pdf format the User's final court-ready QDRO.

All processing occurs in real time entirely within the site. The User may edit any part of the QDRO via "edit blocks" provided in the QDRO Editor. The QDRO will be clearly marked as a DRAFT document until the User affirmatively elects to remove the DRAFT stamp and save and print his or her court-ready QDRO. The User number expires and the User's online processing capability ends when the DRAFT stamp is removed.
